I am Yang Si Cheng, also known as Paul Young. I lead strategic communications work spanning public affairs, media and digital engagement, crisis communications and reputation management.
What I work on
My work centres on strengthening public trust through clear communication, building strategic communications capabilities, supporting international engagement, and navigating misinformation and fragmented media environments.
I am especially interested in how AI changes communications work: not only content production, but analysis, decision support, audience understanding and organisational readiness.
